＜Regarding product parts appearing in photos＞

・Product photos use samples, so the actual product delivered may differ in specifications, size, and color.
・For pre-order items, the delivery time may be earlier or later due to product manufacturing.

Standard shipping is within 2-3 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays) from the order date (delivery via Sagawa Express).
*Excludes year-end and New Year holidays, and pre-ordered items (including lucky bags)

Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or cash on delivery.

＜Credit Card Payment＞
Please be aware that depending on your credit card company, payment may be debited before the product is delivered (especially for pre-ordered items). Please choose credit card payment with this understanding.

＜Bank Transfer＞
Customers who wish to pay by bank transfer will be required to make an advance payment, similar to credit card payments. Your order/reservation will be confirmed after payment is received. Please note this.
*Please be aware that transfer fees are the customer's responsibility.
*Please note that if payment is not made within the specified deadline, the order will be automatically canceled (and inventory reservation will also be canceled at that time).

＜Cash on Delivery (COD)＞
We recommend cash on delivery for customers who prefer not to have payment debited in advance or make an advance payment before product arrival.
*Please note that a cash on delivery fee of ¥440 (tax included) will be charged to the customer.
